We are a completely outdoor nature-based program serving North Lake County and surrounding areas. We are located on public lands in North Lake County, Florida. The program is designed to be a play based homeschool resource for families looking for enrichment in the outdoors and is a drop off program for kids aged 5-11. We will have themed units based on Florida seasonal variability. Participants will work on skill building in areas such as plant identification, foraging edibles and medicinals , ecosystem awareness/stewardship, map/compass reading and directional awareness, water location and filtering, growing food, animal tracking, field craft, community building, and so much more.
